Hi, I'm Rodger Bailey.
I created the (Language And Behavior) LAB Profile in the late '70s as a tool for managers to know which candidate is the best match for each task in their organization. At that time, I was a Senior Programmer Analyst at IBM, on Staff to the Director of IBM's most popular mainframe operating system. I was tasked with solving organizational issues. I have a BS in Anthropology and an MS in Counseling, and I have studied linguistics (learning how our human brains are like computers).
The LAB Profile is a precise interview process, by which people being interviewed reveal exactly what they are capable of doing and what they will have difficulty performing properly, as well as how to motivate and influence them.
