Hi, I'm Rodger Bailey.

I created the (Language And Behavior) LAB Profile as a tool for managers to know which candidate is the best match for each task in their organization, as well as how to motivate them.

At that time, I was a Senior Programmer Analyst at IBM, on Staff to the Director of IBM's most popular mainframe operating system (VM). In that role I was tasked with solving organizational issues. I have a BS in Anthropology and an MS in Counseling, and I have studied linguistics (where I learned how our human brains are operating like computers).

The LAB Profile is a precise interview process, by which people being interviewed reveal exactly what they are capable of doing and what they will have difficulty performing properly, as well as how to motivate and influence them.

With the LAB Profile, managers know exactly which tasks the employee can perform well and how to keep them motivated and on track.
